MARKET TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(Please read these conditions carefully before completing the form)

• ALL FEES are payable in advance
• Only those product listed in the application are to be sold.
• Other products MAY NOT be added WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT of the management.
• The Markets run from 9am to 3pm. No vehicle movements are allowed within the market site between these hours.
• Stallholders MUST be in possession of current Public Liability Insurance.
• All food vendors must be in possession of the appropriate council documentation.
• Full Terms and Conditions will be supplied when an application is accepted.
 
Please note: The aim of our Markets is to provide our visitors with a range of quality products and preference will be given to stallholders who make their own products. Some applications may not be accepted, depending on the nature of the goods to be sold.
